Passionate about people, learning and digital media, Kelly works in partnership with organizations exploring digital media learning, literacy and knowledge in organizational communications. Kelly has a PhD in Web Knowledge from the UNSW (Australia) and is co-author of Marketing, the 2nd leading textbook in marketing principles in the UK. Her work is published in Psychology & Marketing, Behavior & Information Technology, International Journal of Retailing & Distribution Management, Marketing Review, Strategic Management, Journal of Marketing Management and Journal of Consumer Behaviour.
